Welcome to Khangchendzonga Waterfalls
About 28kms from Pelling and about 18k,s further than Rimbi and 5k,s before Yuksam is Khangchendzonga Waterfalls which is situated at a sharp curve on the road side. The falls being very big in size and equally attractive through out the year, it has become one of the leading tourist spots in west Sikkim. Until a local tour operator of Pelling named Topjor Bhutia discovered it in the mid 90s the falls was not well known to tourists and even the locals who passed by it, as this is not easily seen from the road because it is hidden. Today this spot is being developed with needed infrastructure for the comfort of the tourists.
